Heaven Flowers takes on a small number of weddings each year, usually six to ten. That limit is deliberate: it means every wedding gets full attention from consultation to cleanup. We work with what the British-grown season gives us on your specific wedding week, supplemented with the best imported stems when the season does not cover everything you need.

Bridal bouquet
A hand-tied bouquet designed around the bride's dress, venue, and the flowers available in the wedding week. We work from a mood board or colour palette rather than a fixed recipe, so the bouquet reflects what is at its absolute best that week.

Smaller, complementary bouquets that sit alongside the bridal bouquet without competing with it. Coordinated colour palette, lighter in weight, and designed to photograph well as a group.

Individual buttonholes for the groom, best man, ushers, and fathers. Wrist corsages for mothers and grandmothers. Pinned and delivered in individual water tubes to stay fresh until the ceremony.

Ceremony arrangements: Two large statement pieces for the altar, registrar's table, or ceremony arch. Designed to frame the couple without blocking the view for guests. Scale and height adjusted to the specific venue.
Aisle & pew dressings: Smaller posies or foliage garlands marking the aisle, attached to pew ends, chair backs, or posts. We supply the fixings and install on the morning of the ceremony.
Reception table flowers: Low arrangements that do not block conversation across the table. Available as single centrepieces or as a collection of smaller vessels grouped together. We adjust the scale to your table size and guest count.
Top table garland: A foliage-and-flower runner along the front of the top table. One of the most photographed elements at any reception. Length adjusted to table width.

The Essential
Bridal bouquet, two bridesmaid bouquets, groom's buttonhole, four additional buttonholes, and a ceremony arrangement pair. The core flowers for the ceremony and portraits. Ideal for smaller weddings or couples who want professional flowers for the key moments.

Everything in The Essential, plus reception table centrepieces (up to 10 tables), a top table garland, cake flowers, and venue entrance arrangement. Full flower coverage from ceremony through reception. Our most popular package.

Full venue dressing including ceremony arch or backdrop, aisle dressings, reception centrepieces, hanging installations, and a full top table and cake flower scheme. For couples who want flowers to be a defining element of the day. Quoted individually based on the venue and vision.

Initial conversation
Email or call with your date, venue, and a rough sense of what you are looking for. We check availability and set up a consultation (in person at the workroom in Hitchin or by video call).
Consultation
A relaxed meeting to go over your mood board, colour preferences, dress, and venue. We discuss what will be in season on your date and suggest arrangements that work with the space.
Proposal & booking
We send a written proposal with itemised pricing. Once approved, a 30% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due four weeks before the wedding.
The week of
Final confirmation of quantities and any last-minute changes. We source flowers on Tuesday or Wednesday for a weekend wedding, condition them overnight, and arrange on Friday or Saturday morning. Delivery and installation included.
